ezispeak wins Genesys Customer & Partner Excellence Award
ezispeak won the Genesys (ININ) Customer & Partner Excellence Award in 2014 for our commitment to bring about market change using technology.
Interactive Intelligence evaluating award winners by using a variety of criteria, including the innovative use of Interactive Intelligence solutions for driving excellence in customer experience. Brendan Mare, Managing Director – Australia, New Zealand and Pacific, Interactive Intelligence said, “We recognise the critical role that our partners and customers play in our continued success and it gives us great pleasure to acknowledge their contribution.”
The Customer and Partner Excellence 2014 award was jointly awarded to Ezispeak, a national Australian provider of on-demand interpreting services, and QPC, a global contact centre software provider. The award recognises the strength of the relationship between a customer and a partner, and the critical role this plays in driving innovation in the use of the Interactive Intelligence Customer Interaction Centre platform.
ezispeak – LSP Finalist in ASPAC by Common Sense Advisory
In 2018, ezispeak was recognised by Common Sense Advisory as one of the Top 35 Language Services Providers in the ASPAC Region. Ranking criteria was assessed on a number of factors including growth, headcount, revenue, business model and technology. Ezispeak’s CEO, Rebecca Haynes said “The business is proud of this achievement and it is testament to all the hard work and support of our people”.
